It can be very hard to explain my style to my clients. With no posing and minimal direction, the question everyone asks is, "what do we do?" This is hard part. You see, in order to coax our your personalities from behind the cloak of security, you have to just be yourselves...have fun, and forget that we're even around. At the same token, you as a photographer have to be yourself. Me? I'm a pretty funny, and animated kind of guy. When my clients see their photographer acting goofy, they feel more comfortable, and will let down that cloak of security. The minute that cloak drops, my camera fires off like a frikking Tommy gun...capturing every last moment I possibly can. I decided to put together a second "Frames" video with the photos from Amber and Bobby's Engagement session (catch the first one here.) I fired off approximately 1,157 photos in 2 hours. I "quick fix 'emd" using my created "Keyframes" (for a later post) using Lightroom in 1 hour, and exported them resized to 1000px on the long edge. None were deleted...the good...the bad...the ugly...the under-exposed, the over-exposed, and the completely out of focus shots...they are all here. I think it's a fabulous way to show a sort of...behind-the-scenes look. The location? A secret...for now anyways. Enjoy. (Make sure this page has fully loaded before pressing play!
